WHAT ARE THEY FOR

It's November and it's Scorpio season—all dark and charged and sticky and otherworldly— and it's the time of year where I start to squirm about these and other more personal/related questions.

do they want to help?

do they get mad at things we do or say?

do they care about what we're doing here on earth?

do they want to protect their reps?

do they want to share their gifts?

ancestors: that's a lot of people

do only the ones who are somehow on theme for you light up on the board? like, if there were a board that all your ancestors were on, with light bulbs for each one that can be on or not on, you get it writers if you're a writer, healers if you're a healer, warriors if you're a warrior, etc. or just people you'd vibe well with were you both alive at the same time

WHAT IS GOING ON

Some cultures address these questions, others do not. Is there different protocol for ancestors of differing backgrounds?

   You know what I mean? You know? Don't you want to know? Do you want to know? Do you care? Now I have questions about you. WHERE ARE YOU WITH THIS.

I called a family meeting with my ancestors a couple of nights ago when I couldn't sleep. I've been sleeping sitting up post-appendectomy, and my pain medication ran out that night/morning at about 4:00 and I was wide awake and free to stew. There are family issues that have roots way back where I can't see them, and I'm not into it, this not being able to see them. I want to know who the troublemakers were and who the allies are and who's involved in a constructive way with these issues now and who's involved in an unconstructive way, if anybody, and I guess I don't need to know who's irrelevant but okay, if there were a list I could glance at, I'd take one of those, too  but anyway I called this meeting because I'm doing a whole bunch of work on cleaning up old psychological stuff, family heirlooms, and it's messy work and not very comfortable and in fact it's pretty gross and awful, and I was like ARE YOU PEOPLE STILL WORKING ON ANY OF THIS OR DID YOU JUST SHOW UP TO THE EARTH PARTY, FUCK SHIT UP, AND THEN TAKE OFF LAUGHING (or sobbing) INTO THE AFTERLIFE? Like, I'm CLEANING this whole MANSION by MYSELF it feels like and it's TRASHED and I could USE a HAND   ARE WE A TEAM OR WHAT CAN WE BE AN ACTUAL TEAM I ALWAYS KEEP YOU ALL AT ARMS' LENGTH BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHO TO TRUST AMONG YOU but if we can PLEDGE TO OPERATE AS A TEAM I WOULD BE INTO THAT  AND EVEN POTENTIALLY PSYCHED   those are basically the minutes from the meeting with identifying details removed in case your ancestors know my ancestors or whatever
